FIFA World Cup; 2 more key Brazilian players out of the event

Doha: The Brazilian team has suffered two major setbacks in the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar. After Neymar, two Brazilian footballers were out of the tournament due to injuries.

Brazil's two strikers Alex Telles and Gabriel Jesus have been ruled out of FIFA World Cup 2022 due to injuries sustained in the group matches against Ghana, both players have suffered knee injuries.

Dr. Rodrigo Lasmar of the Brazilian team says that the MRI scan of the players has been done, but looking at the injuries, it does not seem that the players will be able to participate in the tournament.

The Brazilian Football Association (CBF), on the other hand, said it was "impossible" for them to participate in the tournament in Qatar, while the Brazilian team will play its next match against South Korea on Tuesday.
