ISLAMABAD: The T20 Blind Cricket World Cup is starting today in India, but visas have not been issued to Pakistan cricket team yet.
Passports of national cricketers were also not returned by the Indian High Commission.
The opening ceremony will be held today in the Indian city of Delhi. Teams from India, Pakistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Nepal are participating in the Blind World Cup.
Pakistan's first match in the World Cup was to be played against South Africa on December 7, while the big match against traditional rivals India was to be played on December 8.
Pakistan is the runner-up in the second T20 Blind World Cup.
